1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing any Voltdrop game, or by accessing voltdropgaming.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our games or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voltdrop Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales ("Voltdrop", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Who Can Use Our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Voltdrop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our games on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game or its code
- Use bots, cheats, exploits, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
- Use our games for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, logos, or branding
4. Freemium Model & In-App Purchases
Our games are free to download and play. We offer optional in-app purchases ("IAP") including cosmetic items and a "Remove Ads" option. All purchases are voluntary — you can enjoy our games without spending money.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases except where required by applicable law (including your statutory rights under UK consumer law) or Apple/Google refund policies.

Virtual items purchased within our games have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for real money or any other item of value.
5. Advertising
Our free games are supported by advertising. By using our games, you consent to the display of advertisements. We use Google AdMob to serve ads. You can purchase the "Remove Ads" option within any game to disable advertising in that title.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to use our games or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload or transmit any malicious code or software
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

7. Intellectual Property
All games, content, graphics, music, code, and branding created by Voltdrop are our exclusive intellectual property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. "Voltdrop" and the Voltdrop logo are trademarks of Voltdrop Ltd.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your use of our games does not grant you any ownership of any content within them.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game or feature at any time without notice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable UK law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltdrop shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use our games
- Loss of virtual items or in-game currency due to technical issues
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our games shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50 — whichever is greater.
10. Third-Party Services
Our games may integrate third-party services (Apple App Store, Google Play, Google AdMob, Unity, Firebase). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our games at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use our games ends immediately. Any virtual items or purchases associated with your account may be forfeited.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our games after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using our games.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our games shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws.
